Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ9 pm. The shrimp tempura was nice and crispy on the outside layer and then complete mush underneath. The batter was mostly uncooked. It was inedible. We both got an order and they would only remove one off the bill. The egg rolls were very good. The rangoons had so very little filling in them. This is my second bad experience here since they moved to the new place. Last time i asked for tea and the waitress didn't remember it until the bill came. And lunch that time for two ppl was $53! I have been going here since I was a kid (I'm 60) but I'm done, now. So many places doing it better for far less.

I ordered the Beef Pares was supposed to come with a garlic fried rice. I was given a plain white rice. Also I ordered a side of lo mein which I have ordered from various Chinese restaurants before and has ALWAYS at least been stir fried with a sauce of some kind. The noodles I was given was literally bland boiled noodles with zero sauce. Which is NOT Lo Mein. I asked if I could get a store credit for the rice and was told no and that I'd have to come back for it which is an inconvenience. They were not accommodating in fixing their mistake without inconveniencing the customer. I will not be coming back. I spent way too much money to not get what I ordered.

Please avoid this place at all costs. We ordered General Tsoβs chicken and orange chicken. What we received was the most disgusting Chinese food I have ever seen or tasted. They offered us a food credit, but we were so disgusted that we declined. We asked for our money back, and they said they would provide a refund, but they never did. This was the worst restaurant experience of my 41-year-old life.

I ordered the lunch special beef chow mein, comes with an egg roll for $12.99. They put crunchy chow mein noodles under the beef making them so soggy/chewy you canβt even eat them. The ratio of topping to chow mein is hugely disproportionate especially for the cost. Sadly disappointed. The grand used to be top notch.

I normally order take out, the food is always delicious, but we wanted a change in pace. We went to the dining room. The dining room is beautiful! The decor is simple but flows very well. The food was really good, except the wontons and banana egg roll desert - the wontons had very little filling and tasted as if they were fried in old oil. The desert tasted like liquor and was not edible. The sweet and sour chicken was great, the chunks of pineapple are a nice touch. The orange chicken in my favorite, tastes like a fresh orange and not fake. Their rice is always really good, I was not fond of the ham. Their egg rolls are the best and soooo hot while dining in. My biggest negative was the service. The restaurant was practically empty and she came by dropped something walked away and after doing this 3 times stood at the front of the restaurant for a few minutes before wondering around. After we placed our order things went fast with food and then a delay again trying to pay. There were a few fruit flies that kept flying around, that wasnβt pleasant. The food is definitely worth it, but I would take it to go.
